The most fundamental element in all works of art, light guides the human perception of form, space and emotion. The third chapter of the Art Series celebrated nature’s most exquisite use of light: the eternal radiance of a natural diamond. Titled Into the Light, this extraordinary final curation of the Art Series featured 52 lots of pink, red and blue diamonds from the Argyle Diamond Mine in Western Australia, together with white and yellow diamonds from the Diavik Diamond Mine.
The highlight of the collection was a constellation of six exquisite diamond sets – known as the Masterpieces – each meticulously curated to showcase the pinnacle of brilliance produced by these two iconic mines. The Masterpieces included two D-colour Diavik diamonds of Flawless clarity – the zenith of natural gemstones.
With bidding closing on 20 October 2025, the results of the Art Series 03 reflect strong global participation with individual, multiple and global bids from jewellers, collectors and diamond connoisseurs. The winning bidders – from Europe, the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the Middle East – are representative of the strong ongoing demand for incomparable diamonds across major consumer markets. The final stage of this extraordinary journey, Into the Light pays tribute to the legacy of light embodied within the diamonds of the Argyle and Diavik Diamond Mines. Nature’s ultimate composition, billions of years in creation, each facet is alive with a luminosity as alluring, as it is infinite.
